Hi—I'm Meri.  I write about Executive Habits, Wealth-building, Business Strategy, and Brand. Every week I publish Monday/Tuesday, a newsletter where I've published 200+ articles on leadership, habits, and decision-making. I also serve as Editor of Business & Savvy, a digital publication covering commerce and culture.

How It Started
I began my writing practice in 2003 during a two-year stretch spent living almost full-time in a 300-square-foot hospital room with a gravely ill family member. In an environment stripped down to what mattered most, I took up running and weight-training for my own health. With long hours to fill, I began writing daily and immersed myself in business, finance, leadership, and philosophy—trying to understand how people endure and build meaningful lives under duress.
What emerged wasn't just physical fitness or a writing habit, but a practice of aligning the relationship between effort and recovery, language and identity, vision and action. That practice reshaped how I think, work, and lead. It became the foundation for my work as an entrepreneur and teacher, and eventually led to the leadership and wealth programs I've built to help people reclaim agency over their lives and careers.
Over time, working with clients from vastly different backgrounds, I saw the same pattern. They weren't seeking additional tactics or motivation—they were seeking coherence between their priorities and how they actually spent their time. That period taught me that alignment isn't a formula or destination. It's a dynamic, creative process that requires space, awareness, and releasing what no longer serves.

Here's what Ash Saxena shared about my work:
"You've really helped me introspect and figure out how to work toward goals and what's important. One of my biggest gains is that you've helped me adopt good habits including reading, exercising, and making time for photography. Very effective."
